Open Level Group Classes

ZOOM CLASSES

All classes are open level and include variations for all- from beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes are vinyasa-based and include breathwork, flowing sequences, balance work, stretching, and strengthening.

 

Private & Small Group Sessions

Sessions will be customized for your personal level and goals. 1:1 sessions are great for anyone who has specific goals or conditions or who simply prefers more individualized attention to alignment and technique. Small group sessions are excellent for team building, or for a few friends/ family members of similar levels to have a more personalized experience.
